I Usually only grab pastries at Proof. And am WAY happy to. . .
I could wax poetic on the bounty of what it means to eat flaky layered buttered flour crisps in the form of chocolate croissant goodness!
But, today I grabbed some of their more lunchy items, like the Ham n Gruyere Baguette with Cornichons and the Peaches and Cream Cake. Was not let down in the slightest. Get there over and over. The delights don’t cease.
